After collecting my large Samsonite luggage at the airport, I found out one wheel was missing. I was fuming as my luggage is relatively new. Samsonite doesn’t provide wheel replacement for this model, nor Amazon and I was already looking for a new luggage. But thanks to the internet I found Aldridge’s. The wheel was on their website, with clear instructions for the purchase (all the four wheel are made differently in this model). After two days, my package arrived and my luggage is now as good as new. I couldn’t believe it was so easy! Thanks to Aldridge’s and to their amazing costumer service. Ps: I loved the thank you card inside, with the picture of the front of the original shop 🙂

Had an old Samsonite suitcase with a broken lock. Was able to source a replacement from Aldridge’s. After placing the online order I realised I also needed a side catch, they were quick to answer the phone and happy to add the additional part to my existing order. Parts were dispatched promptly and arrived a couple of days later.

Just wanted to say many thanks for the prompt delivery of my replacement Samsonite suitcase wheel.

This is the second time I’ve used you and probably not the last they way that baggage handlers throw the suitcases around!!!
